Skegness Town Council Approved List of Contractors

We are drawing up a list of approved contractors for Skegness Town Council.

If any local company or tradesperson wishes to be considered for the list, please contact us. You will need to be able to provide the following:-

Your trading name and address
Details of your business (i.e. sole trader, limited company, number of employees)
Copy of your current public liability insurance and any professional insurance held
Copy of your health and safety policy
Trades (from list below) that you are interested in registering for
Details of any registration with professional associations/bodies and licenses held
Details of qualifications/tickets held by those undertaking works
Experience of working in the trade(s) applied for
Contact details from those from whom we can seek trade references from

Tree Surgeons

Electricians

Heating and Ventilation Engineers (air source pumps)

Plumbers

Carpenters/Joiners

Maintenance and small works

Pest Control

Painting and decorating

Roofing, gutters and downpipes

Locksmiths

At relevant times, the Council will contact those contractors on the Approved List to

invite them to provide quotations for works or submit a formal tender application depending on the value of the contract.
