Skegness Town Council would be based in the building, ensuring smooth running and management.

Skegness Town Council is a separate, much smaller authority than East Lindsey District Council which currently pays a rent and service charge to ELDC for a small office space in the Town Hall, this money will be saved by locating to the new building.
