Mayoral Engagements - June 2021
Wednesday 2nd June 2021 – Did a live interview with BBC Radio Leicester to tell the listeners how Skegness is opening up and to promote the town.
Friday 4th June 2021 – Did a pre recorded interview with Coastal Sound Radio.
Saturday 5th June 2021 – Attended the Plaza Shopping Centre where he met the public and gave out balloons to the children.
Saturday 12th June 2021 – Took part in the Royal British Legion event outside the Hildred's shopping centre to raise awareness of the organisation.
Monday 14th June 2021 – Was interviewed by BBC Radio Lincolnshire at the Tower Gardens Pavilion.
Tuesday 15th June 2021 – Was present when Finley had his hair cut after growing it for a year to make wigs for children. Finley also raised over £300 for charity.
Wednesday 16th June 2021 – Took part in a live interview with G B News about how Skegness is opening up after lockdown.
Sunday 20th June 2021 – Attended The Village Church Farm where they were holding a vintage motor cycle event.
Monday 21st June 2021 – visited the Café Dansant Craft Group to see what they make and to have a chat with the group.
Tuesday 22nd June 2021 – Attended the opening night of the Wonder Circus.
Friday 25th June 2021 – Helped with the trophy presentations at the over 55's bowling tournament at the Suncastle.
