Mayoral Engagements

4 events were attended by the Mayor
Friday 7th October 2016 – Was invited to the official opening of the new Visitor Centre at Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve. It was opened by renowned wildlife photographer, cameraman and TV presenter Simon King.
Sunday 9th October 2016 – Held his own Civic Service at St Matthews Church, Skegness. The service was conducted by Reverend Christine Anderson and was attended by many civic heads, afterwards light refreshments were served at The Storehouse. A guard of honour was formed by the Army Cadets.
Wednesday 12th October 2016 – Visited Lincolnshire's Mobile Chemotherapy Unit (MCU) while it was visiting the Hildreds Shopping Centre. It was in Skegness to raise awareness about it and "Hope for Tomorrow" the charity that works in partnership with the NHS to keep the unit on the road.
Saturday 29th October 2016 – Attended the "Zombie Thriller Crawl" to raise money for the Skegness Carnival Committee, organised by and held at the Hildreds Shopping Centre, Skegness.
