Saturday 6th August 2016 - Opened the Winthorpe Community Partnership Summer Fair.

Tuesday 9th August 2016 – Welcomed a charity round Britain motorcycle ride to the town outside the Lifeboat station. They were raising money for Orchid a charity raising money to fight male cancer and 4Louis who raise money to provide memory boxes for parents of stillborn and neonatal deaths.

Friday 12th August 2016 – Attended the annual VJ Service organised by the Burma Star Association held at Skegness Academy.

Friday 12th August 2016 – Attended the preview cheese and wine evening for the Skegness Art Club's Annual Art Exhibition held at St Mary's Church, Winthorpe.

Sunday 14th August 2016 – Took part in the Skegness Carnival Parade and judged the entries for the best floats.

Sunday 14th August 2016 – Attended the Skegness Carnival Committee Dinner Dance at the Grosvenor House Hotel.

Monday 15th August 2016 – Helped to judge the Pavement Artist Competition at Prince Edward Walk which was organised by the Skegness Carnival Committee.

Monday 15th August 2016 – Awarded a Certificate of Excellence to a member of staff at The Links Hotel, Drummond Road, Skegness.

Monday 15th August 2016 – The Deputy Mayor attended the Skegness Carnival Committee Sand Sculpting Competition held on Central Beach.

Tuesday 16th August 2016 – Helped to judge the Baby and Tiny Tots Competition organised by the Skegness Carnival Committee held in the Tower Gardens.

Wednesday 17th August 2016 – Enjoyed visiting Skegness Carnival's 999 Day on Pier Field.

Thursday 18th August 2016 – The Deputy Mayor Councillor Danny Brookes attended the Children's Disco and Fancy Dress Competition at the Grosvenor House Hotel. The event was organise by Skegness Carnival Committee.

Friday 19th August 2016 – Attended the Skegness Carnival Pet Show and Gala Day in the Tower Gardens and awarded the prize for Best in Show.

Saturday 20th August 2016 – Delivered the first Bowl at the opening ceremony of the English Bowling Federations Championship Week held on the bowling greens at the Suncastle.

Saturday 20th August 2016 – The Deputy Mayor, Councillor Danny Brooks attended a Music and Dancing event organised by the local "Live and Learn" group in the Tower Gardens.

Thursday 1st September 2016 – Watched the Janice Sutton Production "Sound Of Musicals" at the Embassy Theatre.

Saturday 3rd September 2016 – Attended the Family Sports Day organised by the Live and Learn group in the Tower Gardens.
