Allotments

Skegness Town Council has approximately 100 half size plots which are now our standard allotment. They are located at the bottom of Graham Road.

The charge is currently £35 per annum for a standard allotment which includes an annual charge of £5 for water. A deposit of £50 is charged and held for the duration of the allotment tenancy which will only be returned after vacation of the plot if the plot is clear from rubbish, detritus, sheds, greenhouses, cloches and any other structure or equipment associated with the working of an allotment.

Also a £5 deposit will be required for a key.

To be added to the waiting list you must be resident in Skegness and on the Electoral Role or be able to prove your address by providing your driving license, utility bill or similar.
